How long does the entire process take?

Most orders are returned within 24 hours of pickup. For specialty items like dry cleaning or alterations, turnaround may be 2-3 business days. We'll always let you know the expected return time.

What items can you clean?

We clean everyday laundry (clothes, towels, linens), dress shirts, suits, dresses, coats, delicates, and more. We also offer tailoring and alterations. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask!

Payment is charged after your items are cleaned and on their way back to you. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash needed.

What if something is damaged or lost?
